Taylor Made Care was founded in 2016 and is fully registered with the Care Quality Commission. With our extensive experience, we support individuals in planning their lives, safeguarding their human rights, and ensuring that every aspect of our service is genuinely led by the person receiving it.

Control
The process starts with the individual and their family, ensuring they have maximum control over their own lives and care planning.
Person-Centred
The focus is entirely on the person’s aspirations, choices, and needs regarding how and where they live
Staffing
Staff are recruited by and around the individual, rather than being part of a generic, revolving roster.
Choice
Individuals have ownership or tenancy of their own homes and choose who they live with.
Funding
Access to flexible, individual budgets that account for fluctuations in need, transitions, and contingency planning.
Adaptability
The support is flexible and changes as the person's needs change, working in partnership to overcome challenges rather than withdrawing support.
Community Focused
Services are rooted in the local community, building natural links around the individual, including in recruitment.
Staying Small
Organisations do not grow by more than 3-5 people per year, allowing staff at all levels to know the individual well.
Practice Focus
Remaining committed to person-centred practices, rather than applying standardised, rigid procedures from a larger organisation.

I wouldn’t class this residence as care home/independent living I’d class this as a family home. They are truly nothing more but one big family…. The residents get to choose what they do and how they want to do it, there is no such word as can’t- if they can’t do it - their teammates (carers) will teach them how!!! He’s personal care and hygiene is excellent and improved immensely- he’s independence and motivation is top notch due to the care packages provided to him. My brother resides here and much prefers to be at he’s home (Taylor Made Care) rather than be with us he’s family but that itself speaks a thousand words and makes us a family content knowing he’s happy place is with yourselves - thank you for everything you do!!”
