Taylor Made Care was founded in 2016 and is fully registered with the Care Quality Commission. With our extensive experience, we support individuals in planning their lives, safeguarding their human rights, and ensuring that every aspect of our service is genuinely led by the person receiving it.
Taylor Made Care is a National Development Team for Inclusion Small Supports Provider, a company run by health and social care professionals and we have built up a reputation for Care with Choice, Dignity and Respect.
At Taylor Made Care, we follow a positive and holistic approach – which means that every individual feels safe, well cared for and happy. We listen to how people want their care to be delivered and create tailored support plans, so that they can remain independent and able to live in the privacy
