As previously stated, you have a lovely service and it can clearly be seen that the people you support are empowered to actively contribute in the running of the service, and the environment is all about what works for them and clearly showcases what they do. All really quite unique!. You should be very proud of what you have achieved.

I wouldn’t class this residence as care home/independent living I’d class this as a family home. They are truly nothing more but one big family…. The residents get to choose what they do and how they want to do it, there is no such word as can’t- if they can’t do it - their teammates (carers) will teach them how!!! He’s personal care and hygiene is excellent and improved immensely- he’s independence and motivation is top notch due to the care packages provided to him. My brother resides here and much prefers to be at he’s home (Taylor Made Care) rather than be with us he’s family but that itself speaks a thousand words and makes us a family content knowing he’s happy place is with yourselves - thank you for everything you do!!”
